Rick Chamberlin is an American former professional basketball player. He was born in Springfield, Ohio, and attended the University of Dayton, where he played college basketball for the Flyers. He was drafted by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 1979 NBA Draft, and played for the team for three seasons. He also played for the San Diego Clippers and the Chicago Bulls. Chamberlin was a 6'7" forward who averaged 8.2 points and 4.2 rebounds per game in his NBA career. He was known for his defensive prowess, and was a key member of the 1983-84 Bulls team that won the Central Division title. Chamberlin retired from the NBA in 1985, and has since worked as a basketball coach and scout. He currently serves as a scout for the Los Angeles Lakers. He is married to his wife, Mary, and has two children. As of 2021, Rick Chamberlin's net worth is estimated to be roughly $2 million.
