Billones debuted at the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League with the Muntinlupa Cagers in February 2018.
He delivered a career-high 23 points on May 28, 2008 as the Express defeated the Red Bull Barako, 119-100.
He erased his previous high 21 points, which he recorded twice – the first on April 4, 2003 with FedEx in a 95-93 loss to Alaska in the All-Filipino Cup and at Talk 'N Text in Game 5 of the 2007 PBA Fiesta Conference Finals against Alaska.
He played for Air21 (FedEx) from 2002-2006 before being signed by Talk 'N Text in 2007. During the start of the 2008 PBA Fiesta Conference, he then returned to Air21 after the Phone Pals released him.
He was selected by the Gin Kings in the 2000 PBA Draft but was dropped. With no team in the PBA, Billones decided to play in the PBL for Blu Detergent. And in 2002, the Express signed him as rookie free agent.
