Brooke Beare is a graduate of the Annenberg School of Journalism at the University of Southern California. After graduation in May of 2000 she headed west to Texas, joining the staff of NBC affiliate KTEN in Denison, Texas, as a news reporter. She eventualy was promoted to weekend news anchor.
